Send it straight from the app, push it to a manager for sign-off first, or finish it in the web portal with an intro video and a personal note. Your logo, your fonts, your colours. Your client opens it in their browser, reads it page by page and asks questions inside the document itself, then signs it right there with a legally binding e-signature. “I got tired of waiting for someone to build the product my business needed, so I put my money where my mouth was and got it done.”

I run a commercial cleaning company in New Zealand. Every tool I tried was tired and outdated, missing the things we actually needed, or too clunky for the team to bother opening twice. We care about putting something genuinely good looking in front of a client, and about our people quoting accurately enough to get the number right every time. Wonn is that, built properly, and we run our own sites on it.

Early users get asked what's missing, and it gets built. That's how the first version happened, and it's how the next one will too.

Have your say

Quoting is chapter one

Winning the work is where Wonn starts. The long game is one system for the whole business, so the job you just won doesn't get handed off to a spreadsheet the moment it's signed.

Quoting ships first
  1. Live now

    Quoting and proposals

Walk the site, measure it, price it off your own formulas and send a branded proposal they can sign. This is the part you get on day one.

  2. Up next

    Scheduling

Rosters, periodic work and the cover shift you are currently sorting out by text message at nine at night.

  3. After that

    Billing

Invoice the contract you actually signed, with the add-ons already on it, instead of rebuilding it in a spreadsheet every month.

  4. Then

    Client portals

Your client gets their own login. Cleans, sign-offs, documents and extra requests all live with the job.

  5. The long game

    Analytics, with Wynn

Ask a plain question about margin, win rate or churn and get an answer with the numbers behind it.

“The long-term plan is a complete ecosystem for commercial cleaning companies. Scheduling, billing, the CRM, the portals, the lot. Quoting is just where it starts.”

Frequently asked questions

We're here to help with anything about early access, pricing and what Wonn does. If it isn't here, just ask.

Early access

We fully intend to be live within the next 90 days. Right now the app is in beta with our own team and a selected group of operators internationally, which is where the rough edges get found. Early access then opens in batches so we can sit with each company while they load their sites and set their rate card. You will get one email when your batch is up, with a link and a time to get set up.

The first release goes to 100 companies, and batches open in list order, earliest first. Your number is real rather than decorative and you see it the moment you join. Every person who signs up with your referral link moves you up three places, so a couple of introductions can move you a batch earlier. Company size does not buy a better spot, only joining sooner does.

No. One email when early access opens, and that is the whole arrangement. No weekly newsletter, no drip sequence, no launch countdown. Your details are not sold or passed to anyone, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by replying to that one email.

Pricing

Wonn launches at $99 a month for the base licence, which covers your workspace and your first seat. Additional seats are $7 USD each per month, so you only pay for the people who actually quote. Waitlist members pay half the base rate, $49.50 a month, for their first six months. There is no setup fee and no minimum seat count.

The $99 base licence covers the workspace and your first seat, and each additional person who quotes is $7 USD a month on top. The waitlist discount applies to the base licence for the first six months of whichever subscription you sign up on. Add or remove seats whenever your team changes, and you are never locked into a headcount you are not using.

No. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and takes an email address and a few details so we can set your workspace up properly. There is no card, no trial clock quietly running down and no commitment until early access actually opens for you and you decide it is worth paying for.

The product

An iPhone or iPad for the app, and any browser for the web portal, which runs on Windows, Mac, Android and anything else with a browser. Android devices will be supported by the native app in future, though some features that lean on Apple hardware may stay limited there. Measurements happen on screen using the camera, so there is no laser or wheel to buy, and you can type dimensions straight in if you already know them.

That is the point of it. Reps scope and price in the app using your formulas and your rate card, so the number does not depend on how long they have worked for you. Managers review and approve before anything reaches a client, and the pipeline shows everyone exactly where each deal sits and what it is worth per month. A new hire quotes accurately in days instead of shadowing someone for six months.

Wonn is built for owner operators, small teams and national companies alike, and the same workspace scales the whole way. An owner quoting alone pays for one seat and still sends something that looks like the most organised company in the running. A national operation runs multiple regions, reps and approval layers off the same rate card. For larger accounts we offer white labelling and app specific features on request, so the platform fits how your business already works rather than the other way round.

Yes. Wonn adjusts terminology, labels, spelling, units and tax wording for the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. If your market says janitorial, restrooms and square feet, that is what your scopes and proposals say. If it says commercial cleaning, washrooms and square metres, they say that instead. Your client should not be able to tell the software came from somewhere else.

Yes, and it is worth being specific. Your workspace is walled off from every other company on Wonn, and the commercially sensitive parts, client names, contacts, site addresses and the rates you charge, are encrypted at rest. Nobody outside your own login accounts can read them, other subscribers included. Everything travels over TLS, access is scoped per user by the role you give them, and we do not sell your data, share it or train anything on your client list.

Yes. Bring in your sites, clients and contacts, set your charge out rate and margin, and point Wonn at your website so it can pull your branding through. Most people are quoting properly the same afternoon. If your pricing lives in a spreadsheet, that is usually the fastest thing to import.
